The location was good and the room decent, but the service could have been much better. For the first two days I had to sleep on a moldy bed with no cover, unless you count the paper-thin sheets that wouldn’t stay on overnight. Then we were charged €80 because we forgot to empty the bathroom bin and left a few crumbs on the table. Next time we’ll leave all our rubbish on the floor so you’ve got something to do for that money ;-)

We stayed through Bizztravel and found it OK. Having our own storage space for ski gear was handy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation is getting a bit old and needs some upkeep. Reception is closed from 12:00 to 17:00.

The ski-in, ski-out location is great, and the local shops, bars, and restaurants are very good. Le Longes bar is especially improved, with a relaxed atmosphere and great food.

The reception service is very good, and the rooms have enough equipment. The beds aren’t really long enough for anyone over 1.80 m staying for a while.

The location is beautiful and convenient, close to the lift, bakery, and general store. The dishwasher was broken, which was the only disappointment, but the service was great and we had a replacement the next day.
