The room looked out over the lovely garden and vineyards, and it was bright, spacious, and beautiful. The bathroom was just as impressive, clean and roomy. Relais de Scissé is easy to get to, and the house itself is splendid, with thoughtful details and decor that made us feel at home. Thierry and Philippe welcomed us warmly and made sure we were comfortable. We also got to try some delicious regional products that they'd chosen with care. I'd recommend this guest house for a relaxing, comfortable, peaceful weekend.

We'd love to come back to Le Relais de Scisse someday. My husband and I spent a few nights there on our honeymoon, and the setting was beautiful. Thierry and Philippe were wonderful hosts. I caught a cold during the stay, and they put together some remedies for me and suggested some excellent wineries to visit nearby.

The room was extremely comfortable, and the whole place at Le Relais de Scissé is stylishly done. Thierry and Philippe welcomed us with an aperitif by the pool and introduced us to the other guests. We also made use of the lounge and guest kitchen for tea and coffee, and the swimming pool was a nice extra. We had an excellent stay.

We had a huge, comfortable room on the second floor, with a very comfortable bed, plus a clean, spacious bathroom and a shower I really liked. Anton welcomed us warmly, showed us around the B&B, and was a real charm. Guests can use the whole ground floor, both gardens, and the kitchen, where there are coffee, tea, water, beer, wine, and cookies. Breakfast was delicious, and we also met Anton's lovely mother. It's in a quiet Burgundy village, and we'll definitely stay here again when we head to the South of France.

Update, August 2024: The place has been sold and is no longer available for stays. Thanks to Thierry & Philippe for the experience we had in 2023! They were such welcoming people, offering pretty much everything you could wish for. They were interested in us, had a good sense of humor, and were ready to help while still giving us privacy. It's a place we'd return to.
