We arrived to find the owner had cancelled our online reservation without telling us. We’d travelled a long way for the weekend, and even had the confirmation. He offered no other option and left us stranded in the middle of nowhere, saying there was nothing he could do. Don’t come here, you’ll be very disappointed.

Being able to stay at the pool after handing back the keys at 11 am was lovely. It was open from 10 am to 7 pm, so we got to enjoy it all day. The place is surrounded by nature and made for a fantastic romantic weekend. The only small letdowns were the cold shower and no restaurant on site, which was a shame. Otherwise, everything was perfect! 👍🏻😁

There’s no TV or Wi-Fi, which made it easy to switch off and reconnect. Board games and outdoor games were available to borrow for free. The pods are basic, just two beds on the floor and a terrace, but that’s enough for an unusual couples’ weekend. Bathrooms are shared, though it didn’t take away from the charm. The pool is huge and clean, with sun loungers where you can relax in the sun. Breakfast comes right to your door, but this is an unusual place, so don’t expect a feast. A relaxing weekend for couples wanting to reconnect. Highly recommended.

The breakfast basket delivered to our room was a really nice touch, and the two women at reception were so lovely and helpful. We stayed one night in a cute, peaceful little caravan. There’s ping-pong, badminton, a trampoline, and a lovely pool to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!
