ibis Styles Nantes Saint Herblain

The hotel is right beside the main road, and the soundproofing is really poor. Asking for a quiet room won't help, reception will still put you facing the road. In the evening, they can't print a bill because the new software won't let them. That was my first and last visit.

The location is only so-so, tucked away in an industrial park with no sign visible from the road. There's a restaurant right opposite, though, and apparently they're renovating, so the sign problem should be fixed soon. Inside, it's lovely: beautiful new rooms and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good, and the manager was attentive. I also got a superb welcome from a colleague whose name I've forgotten. Her service was excellent, and I think she's doing a work-study program. The checkout was great too. It was my second time here, and this time we really made it! A perfect stay. I recommend it.

The rooms were quiet, comfortable and spacious, and parking is free. The team were welcoming and attentive, and the location is good. The ibis Styles has been completely renovated with great pop decor. Thanks to the team for a lovely stay, I highly recommend it!

The area around the hotel is a pretty dreary industrial zone with logistics warehouses. We stayed one night, and everything else was as expected: a very nice room, a good breakfast, and a quiet stay over the weekend. Renovations are currently underway on the outdoor terrace.
