Breakfast beneath the pergola was a pure delight. Isabelle and Laurent make you feel right at home, almost like you’re among family. The inn is magnificent, from the garden and rooms to the house itself, decorated with exquisite taste. We highly recommend it.

The peaceful nights in Suite 1760, the delicious breakfast on the terrace, and the spa at nightfall all made our three days perfect. We came looking for the serenity and comfort of a bed and breakfast, and found the very essence of Maison Laurenza. The building’s old stones seem to tell the story of its past as an inn, waiting for Isabelle to restore its soul. Inside, Isabelle and Laurent’s complementary talents come together in the art of the place. Their artworks bring a modern touch and reflect their artistic blend. There were 20 of us for a weekend getaway with friends in La Rochelle, and having the whole house to ourselves was ideal. We enjoyed the spa, the large garden, and breakfast. Isabelle and Laurent welcomed us wonderfully. Everyone loved the cellar tour and hearing about the history of this very special house.
