The receptionist was very helpful with parking and arranged a slightly discounted rate for a specific spot just off the roundabout where the hotel is located. It’s very well placed for walking to the town centre and the beach, and there are lots of places to eat within easy reach. You may get better value by having breakfast in town rather than choosing the hotel buffet. We had a lovely stay, with easy access to the town’s bars, restaurants, and shops.

We had a very quiet room, though there was no view. It was really good value, and the location was brilliant, close to the beach and just beside the town centre without being surrounded by too many bars.

Prégo the dog and I had a lovely, restful stay at Relais St Jacques. Next time, Hubby will come too and try the promising local breakfast.

The wifi worked, though it was a little slow. Our room was on the small side, but very clean, comfortable, and quiet, so we had a comfortable stay. The hotel is across the street from the train station, above a good bakery, and just a couple of minutes from the busiest shopping and dining streets. I’d gladly stay here again.

The beds and sheets were good, and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were nice, too. I appreciated that they encourage booking directly, and the coffee details in the room were a nice touch. Good value for money.
