The farmhouse-style Auberge has a classic French feel, with simple decor and a comfortable room and bathroom. We ate very well at the table de hote. It's on the edge of St Jean du Gard, around a 15-minute walk from the town center.

We had a fabulous dinner as part of the Demi-pension. The staff were friendly and everything worked. It's a cool, very old building, away from the busy downtown.

We were eight people, and all of us left delighted. The owner welcomed us so warmly, and the room was quiet and clean. Dinner and breakfast were both very good. We especially appreciated the kindness and care taken with a meal tailored to our dietary needs.

The rooms were clean, and the fan helped us sleep well. Dinner was tasty and generous, while breakfast was the classic kind. We had a very pleasant welcome, with discreet, professional and caring service. We'd recommend this bed and breakfast.
