The chalet felt cozy and had what we needed to be comfortable, plus a few little things to keep both kids and adults entertained. The owners gave us such a warm, genuine welcome, and the setting was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. There’s a pool that looked big enough for a small family, though we didn’t get a chance to use it. Breakfast was generous, and we’d happily come back for a longer stay.

We were grateful for the owners’ kindness and lovely welcome. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, which made a difference in the intense summer heat. A great spot for a quiet break in the Chartreuse mountains.

The chalet is thoughtfully laid out and very well equipped, and the bedding was spotless. The private and shared outdoor areas were just as well kept. Though there are other houses nearby, being up on the mountainside made it feel like we were out in the countryside. We were welcomed warmly in this traditional wooden chalet. The only small drawback was the pretty little attic bedroom, which seems ideal for kids but gets noisy during storms, as can happen in any chalet. We’ll come back.

Our daughters loved the fairytale beds upstairs, and we wished we could have stayed longer. The bungalow was the most welcoming place we’ve stayed, decorated with taste and attention to even the smallest details. The welcome was perfect.

We liked our stay and I’d recommend it. The shower room is spacious, though the bedroom is small, and the 140/200 bed had one blanket for two. The grapes from the front garden were delicious. We didn’t use the pool because it was cold.
