La Maison d'Hotes de Saint Leger

Walking through the village and spending time in the park across the street made a lovely start and finish to our days. Stephanie’s place in Saint Léger en Yvelines was a peaceful break in our international travels before the festivities, and a handy base for discovering France. We came as a family, though it would also suit a quiet romantic getaway. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, breakfast was delightful, and the setting was wonderfully quaint and serene. Dinner at the neighboring hotel was a great experience, and they looked after us so well even though they weren’t fully open. Give the local wine a try. We’d highly recommend staying here and would happily return.
