The location was amazing, and the staff were friendly, happy to help, and attentive. The rooms were small but clean and had what you needed. They felt new and bright.

My wife and I love this family-run hotel beside the harbour in St Martin, on our beloved Ile de Re. Service is warm and friendly, but also very professional, even from the seasonal staff who come back year after year. Breakfast on the terrace is a joy, and the crepes are filling. Try for a harbour-view room with a small balcony. Don’t be put off by parking charges, the staff can point you to free parking at Cible Plage. The short walk back passes the small harbour where prisoners, including Dreyfus, were transported. Sorry this is in English, I’m feeling 'parasseux' today.

We stopped in for a small lunch and really enjoyed the food and service. The children’s menu was a hit. The kids liked the Fish & chips and moules et frites, and they tried the oysters too. The pancakes and crepes were delicious as well. Thank you!

The restaurant is great, and the rooms were clean. Staff were very attentive to what we needed. The location is right in the heart of the marina.

We only went to the restaurant, but the food and drinks were fabulous. The fish and chips tasted great, and the service was both efficient and kind.
