The hosts made planning our day trips easy, with useful suggestions for each place. We felt at home right away, and dinner was delicious, clearly made with care. Afterward we spent a cozy evening chatting with them and the other guests. Our family room had beautiful, authentic furniture and air conditioning, so we all slept really well. Breakfast was generous too, with lovely homemade jams. The kids and I also enjoyed cooling off in the pool in the afternoon. Thanks for such a great holiday, Bruno and Bert!

Bert and Bruno were thoughtful, charming hosts and shared plenty of local knowledge to help us enjoy our stay. We spent a lovely week with the family at Maison Matisse, in a traditional rustic property that has been beautifully restored. We explored the nearby villages and spent time along the Canal Midi. The Mediterranean was only 20-30 minutes away.

The secure parking on site was a real bonus, and the peaceful setting worked well for us while still being close to amenities by bike or car. We had a pool to cool down in after sightseeing on hot days. Bruno and Bert made us feel at home immediately and knew lots about the surrounding area. Breakfast included both hot and cold dishes, and the homemade jams were so good we took three jars home. The beautifully restored French villa combines period character with modern comforts. We stayed at the end of summer, loved the B&B and hospitality, and have already booked another visit.

We’ll certainly come back. For the price, the stay was just right: large, comfortable rooms in an old winehouse, and the air-conditioned room is a good choice on hot days. Bruno and Bert made everything feel easy with their hospitality, good wine, cooking, and helpful tips about things to see nearby. We really enjoyed the atmosphere.

We booked dinner as well, and it was delicious. Bert and Bruno were lovely hosts, and our room was both comfortable and beautifully decorated.
