The nights were quiet and restful, and the welcome felt genuinely warm, like they really wanted us to feel at home. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with seasonal fruit, fresh orange juice, pastries, bread, butter, and lovely homemade jams. The room was a little spartan, but the bed and bedding were very comfortable. There’s always something that could be improved, of course, but the comfort you get is well above the price.

Breakfast on the terrace was excellent, with homemade jams. We felt right at home in this guesthouse thanks to the very warm welcome. The Galamus Gorge and its Hermitage are only 5 km away, so do go see them. A big thank you, highly recommended.

Gilles and his daughter made us feel so welcome, thank you both. Their guest rooms are part of a beautiful project and family story they’ve built together. We met some really lovely people and had such a good time chatting with them. Myriam and Bernard 😍 We’ll be back.

There’s plenty to appreciate here: easy parking, storage for bikes and motorcycles, and tandem bikes available to rent. Gilles welcomed us into his home, a two-story house with a lovely renovated interior, terrace, and lush garden. He was warm and attentive, and we enjoyed a nice chat, though we could happily have stayed talking longer. Breakfast was generous, with fresh orange juice and pastries. The region is beautiful, and the Galamus Gorge is close by.
