Le Saint Paul

I’d definitely stay here again next year. The hotel is right in the heart of the village, within easy walking distance of restaurants and galleries. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a little living room and a breathtaking view of the village. The staff were attentive, and they fulfilled all my requests promptly. I’d recommend this place for a solo traveler, a couple or even a family.

I booked three days for a business trip, then realized I’d chosen the wrong hotel. There’s another place with a similar name in Nice, which is wonderful, by the way. I called right away, but was told the "policy" was to charge the full stay if I cancelled less than seven days ahead. That wasn’t clear to me when I booked, and the mistake cost close to $2000. The staff were also dismissive and unhelpful. Please keep this in mind if you’re considering this place.

A charming boutique hotel with spacious rooms, each with its own character. It’s a great place to stay while exploring this beautiful historic village. Driving here is a fun challenge for the bold, with streets that are extremely narrow. Two to three nights would be ideal to get the full experience.

The rooms are fabulous, and the staff are better than you’d expect at a luxury destination, especially for the reasonable accommodation price. For a night or longer in Saint Paul de Vence, this is where you should stay.
