Villa Le Rayon Vert

We were 15 friends spending the last weekend of September here, with sunny weather and a wonderful sea view through the large bay windows. The gîte is exceptionally well located, with a terrace looking out over the cliff. Mrs. Hélène Sevré made the welcome and support throughout our stay especially pleasant and professional. Her help was a real advantage when we had last-minute details to sort out. We highly recommend this gîte.

The hosts made reservations, assistance and all the information we needed available, which made for a stress-free stay. We were very grateful, and it helped make our weekend with friends a happy one. The Villa du Rayon Vert's main draw is its setting. The sea and nature are in full view, with no overlooking neighbors, and the large terrace is perfect for time together. Beautiful walks start right at the foot of the garden. The value for money is excellent. The living areas work well for 15 people, the bedrooms are well equipped, and having three bathrooms was appreciated. The kitchen is narrow and the fridge small, so a large group needs to adapt meals with catering and coolers.

We had plenty of room for our group of 12 and a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, with a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea and countryside. It's a good fit if you like a modern style without needing everything to be new. Everything was there and neat.

That sea and nature view took our breath away when we arrived. It was exactly what we wanted, and we spent a wonderful week here, watching magnificent sunsets from the terrace. The kitchen was well equipped, and the living and dining room very comfortable. Upstairs was fine, though there’s no shower on that floor. The two garden-level bedrooms are spacious, but the humidity means you have to empty the dehumidifier regularly. The ground-floor bed could also be a bit higher for an elderly person. One disappointment was that brush hadn’t been cleared from the driveway, and it caused a few scratches on our vehicle.
