The reception staff were nice, and the price was low, but it didn’t feel worth it. The rooms and beds are old and poorly maintained, and the mattresses sag. The internet barely worked, and staff wouldn’t do anything about it. The neighborhood is really noisy, so if you’re going in hot weather, bring something to block the sound. Breakfast is a rip-off, don’t pay for it. There’s a McDonald’s next door. Not the worst stay I’ve had, but close.

I travel all over the world for work, and this was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The hotel felt like a nightmare, inside and out. It’s old, the elevator didn’t work, and the rooms were dirty. An old building could still be kept clean, but this one wasn’t. I hope sharing this helps other travelers avoid the same experience. Please don’t stay here. Maybe they’ll close and renovate it.

They took our money, but we had no contract with them and they wouldn’t open the doors. Please give our money back!!!!!

We arrived at 8:30 pm and found the gates shut. The gate and door could only be opened with a code, so we called the number posted there. The person who answered spoke only French; since we only understood English, a man at a nearby store helped us. The rooms were untidy and poorly maintained. Please don’t book this hotel.

Completely useless service. Booking.com says there’s a 24/7 desk, so I called, but I clearly woke the receptionist. He told me, “No, thanks, we’re closed, bye.” Customer service was zero. Just lazy!
