The staff were attentive, welcoming, and professional, and breakfast was fresh and varied. The rooms felt modern and spacious, and were spotlessly clean, with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. My favorite part was the SPA Cinq Mondes, a peaceful place to unwind with high-quality treatments. It’s a relaxing, luxurious retreat that works well for business or leisure. Highly recommended.

NEVER AGAIN! I stayed there on 10 and 11 October 2025 and paid a 150 euro deposit. As of 22 October, I still hadn’t received the money back. Someone there told me they’d return my deposit in a couple of days, but after 4 days, nothing had happened.

The convenient location made it easy to explore the area, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I found the hotel modern, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. After a long day, the spa was a great place to relax. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

The heated pool is the hotel’s best feature. It’s clean and spacious, with a comfortable veranda that’s nicely climate controlled, warm without being too humid. If the pool is what you’re after, it’s a good choice. The rooms are only okay, nothing special, and the restaurant keeps serving the same very limited menu. Some dishes are good, others pretty modest, and the desserts were awful. At least three waitresses didn’t speak any useful language, whether French, English, Italian, or German, and another didn’t know the dishes on offer. For what you pay, it’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s the most expensive cheap hotel I’ve ever been to.

My husband gave me time to relax at their spa and pool as a gift, and it was great to experience both. Thanks to Camille for taking care of me. The facial massage was great too.
