10/10
The room was clean and a good size, with a small closet, desk, and enough outlets to charge our phones. The shower and toilet were in the room but separate from each other. Breakfast ran from 8:30-10 and came with fresh fruit, bread and croissants, fresh orange juice, plus a pot of coffee or tea. It was easy to walk to town and the local market, about five minutes away, while still having quiet and privacy. Parking worked well, the traditional building and courtyard were attractive, and there’s a pool in season. The staff were very helpful. We were glad we chose this place and would stay again if we came back to the area.

We like staying in authentic little village places, and this one suited us well. The rooms were good and had air conditioning, and the staff were friendly. It has a cozy, genuine French feel. I’d readily recommend it to anyone who enjoys that kind of stay.

The pool and its setting were lovely, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and freshened up daily. Breakfast was nice too. Our first welcome felt a bit frosty, though the other staff we met were friendly.

6/10
The spacious room gave our two kids plenty of room to move around, and we especially enjoyed the pools and the peaceful breakfasts. But our car was vandalized overnight while parked outside the property. The owner had footage of it, but wouldn’t send it to us because they knew the person responsible. That left a bad feeling after an otherwise great stay, and for safety reasons we may not return.

After days out exploring St Remy and beyond, Le Mas des Tourterelles was a wonderful place to come back to. Our accommodation was spacious, fresh, and spotlessly clean, and the daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The pool made the stay even more enjoyable. Virginie runs the B and B with cheerfulness and efficiency, and welcomed us warmly with plenty of helpfulness. We recommend Le Mas very highly. July 2015
