The grounds, location, amenities, and breakfast were all lovely. The concierge was especially friendly, kind, and quick to respond over WhatsApp. Everyone on staff was amazing, and the hotel truly earns its five stars. It's an easy walk to the centre Vilie. The bathroom, bed, service, and manager were all superb, as were the free car shuttles to dinner.

We stopped in for lunch one afternoon and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, and every staff member was kind and friendly. It's a cute, upscale setting too. A very lovely hotel and team, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Already rebooked after our stay. This is one of Europe's best new hotels, with a top location, great rooms, and amazing food and staff. There's a gym, pool, padel, and more. Highly recommend.

The shuttle was great, taking us to and from restaurants and shopping whenever we needed it. We drove, so the valet and parking were handy too. At check-in, they gave us a number to text anytime we needed something, and the replies were always quick. The staff were genuinely eager to help, and everyone spoke English. We stayed for a few days in March, during the slow season, when only the main building was open. Our upstairs room was clean and very nice, and the grounds were lovely, with a great pool and garden and a padel court. The bar had a nice wine list and plenty of champagne to choose from. Breakfast was great, and dinner was surprisingly good. The chef is terrific. Excellent hotel, highly recommend.

The service at Arev is what puts it miles ahead. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. We were really blown away and will be sure to return because of the care we received. The decor is gorgeous, with unreal attention to detail, and the food at The Strand was fantastic. Arev has truly created a dream setting. Thanks again for making our stay so special!
