L'Anse Noire is a peaceful, charming cottage. The hosts were attentive, the bedding was excellent, and the decor was tasteful. A lovely getaway in the Bay of Somme, and one we won't forget!

We found the apartment a bit small for more than a short stay, though it was clean and well located. The bedroom is on a mezzanine, and it was quiet during our February visit. What spoiled things somewhat was the parking: street parking still cost money throughout the city, even that time of year. There is a free lot, but it's an unfinished field of dirt and mud. Otherwise, the accommodation was fine.

Right in the heart of St Valery, this small studio is very well laid out. We had a lovely weekend and will be back.
