Black Diamond Lodge

Being able to ski straight onto the terrace was such a treat, and Vicky and Dani were brilliant with the concierge service. My partner and I stayed in the beautiful Presidential Suite last easter, and it felt like a dream. We enjoyed the lovely views and good weather in the outdoor hot tubs, and even had massages in the spa. We’ve booked again for this year because the snow is looking so good. I can’t fault Black Diamond.

The chalet was clean throughout, with comfortable beds and enough room for my group. We had all we needed inside, including cooking equipment in the kitchen, so we could make our own meals instead of eating out every night. Covered parking was available, too. The hot tub and other facilities were well maintained and added a lot to the stay. We could ski right in beside the chalet, and the slopes were very close. Lovely location and resort, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

The managers were so helpful, even sorting out a vet booking for our return journey. Those small touches really matter. Chalet Faisan had clearly been carefully designed and fitted out, and it was beyond what we expected. We had a wonderful holiday, the location was superb, and the local facilities were great. I’d definitely return. Thanks to everyone at Black Diamond Lodge.

The spa was a big part of our stay, especially the hot tubs and massages. We also loved being able to ski back to the terrace. My partner and I had a fantastic time here, with top-quality accommodation, stunning views, and great concierge service from Dani and Vicky. I’d definitely come back.
