Roy'Al Beach Holidays

We were really impressed by Roy'Al Beach Villa. Our apartment was huge and had everything we needed: a furnished terrace, a big living and dining room with three sofas and a large table, a fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms, a shower, one bathroom toilet and another separate toilet. There was wifi, a garden and an outdoor shower, which was handy after the sandy beach. The villa has four apartments, but we weren’t disturbed by the other guests. It also felt very safe, the people were incredibly kind, and the key box made checking in and out flexible. Nadiège was a wonderful host, spoke several languages, and clearly has great taste for decorating and renovating. The pretty pillows, pictures, floral touches and huge bouquet made us feel welcome, along with lovely welcome drinks and a big bottle of water in the fridge. We couldn’t have asked for a better house or host. We even enjoyed the insect concerts at night and the birds in the morning. The beds have mosquito nets, but tiny mosquitoes still got through mine and the repellent. We only had Off, so I suppose Autan might work better. Sainte-Luce is a quiet town in the south of Martinique, close to the southern destinations and 22 km from the airport. Roy'Al Beach Villa is 150 m from Gros Raisin, one of the best beaches we visited. There’s great ice cream on the way, and Caribbean Food is a nice restaurant right on the beach. The neighbourhood is calm despite Pura Vida being next to the villa. There’s a pharmacy and medical centre nearby, and Carrefour express is 1.5 km away. You really can’t choose a better place to stay in Sainte-Luce. Thank you, Nadiège!

We had a fantastic ten-day family stay at Roy'Al Beach, with two adults and our teenagers, aged 12 and 13. Nadiège gave us a lovely welcome and was thoughtful and accommodating, even though we booked just two days before we arrived. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and fully equipped, with air conditioning in the bedrooms. It’s ideally located, just a 50-meter walk to Gros Raisin beach and two minutes on foot to the town of Saint-Luce. Shops and services are all close by, including a pharmacy, restaurants, Carrefour Market, beaches and souvenir shops. By car, it’s 20 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to the southern beach near Sainte-Anne, and around half an hour to Fort-de-France. I highly recommend it. Thanks so much for everything, Nadiège! Communication with Nadiege was easy, and she was incredibly responsive even though we only booked two days ahead. She made sure there was a crib for me, despite nobody having told her a baby was coming, and greeted us with a bottle of water and welcome cocktails. The residence feels secure, bright, and very well kept, with clear arrival instructions that made us feel calm right away. Our minimalist apartment was thoughtfully designed and spotlessly clean. It’s right by the beach and close to the town center. I’ll come back without hesitation and recommend it 1000%!

It was easy to get around from here: shops, a pharmacy, restaurants, and the nearby beach are all within walking distance. The location also worked well for exploring Sainte-Luce Island, with the southern beaches, the airport, and the Vauclin side not far away. We stayed for 10 days with our two young children and had a really pleasant time. The place was spotless and very well equipped, and Nadiege was so thoughtful when we arrived. She’s lovely, attentive, and always available. I’d recommend it 1000%.
