La Maison Léchémia

The owner helped us pick restaurants and even made a reservation for us. We only wished we could have stayed longer, and highly recommend this B&B. It's peaceful and picturesque, close to the beautiful town of Salies-de-Béarn. We slept soundly in a wonderfully comfortable, cozy bed, and the ensuite bathroom was spotless, with a lovely modern corner bath and local bath salts provided. Breakfast was heavenly: organic butter and yogurt from a nearby farm, home-baked almond cake, homemade marmalade, and grape and peach jam.

My daughter and I picked this B&B because it's just six minutes from the thermal baths, and we were very happy with it. The owner was attentive, the room was superb, and we loved the peaceful green setting. Breakfast, served under a pergola in the garden, was worthy of the finest chefs. The restaurant recommendations were excellent too. Thank you for your dedication. It's clear you love what you do.

Hélène and Marie-Margaux gave us such a warm welcome in a magnificent, authentic setting. Their beautiful house has real character, and everything is decorated in their own style. They recommended lovely places to visit and eat, including Bistrot 4 Grains.
