The manager was friendly and helpful, and suggested a few things to do nearby. The setting was really relaxing, and the pool is a nice extra for children. The place was clean, with no cobwebs. Small insects can get inside during a stay, of course, since these are little single-story terraced houses out in the countryside. The walls are thin, though, so you can hear the neighbors.

The location is great and it was very easy to get to. I appreciated the call the day before, explaining that reception would be closed and telling me what to do. I only saw the receptionist the next day to pay the tourist tax. The bathroom was clean, but the accommodation itself wasn’t. There was a persistent foul smell even with the windows open day and night, and the sofa bed smelled awful and was very dirty. For a short stay, there wasn’t even a basic cleaning kit, no dish soap or sponge. Luckily, we only used the place to sleep, leaving in the morning and getting back around 11 p.m.

We were very, very disappointed with our week here with the children. There were mice in the accommodations, apparently throughout the apartments. When we reported it, they blamed the garbage even though we took it out every day and it was right next door. They also had excuses about sealed packets of cakes or bread left on the table in bags. He just puts down traps and leaves. We weren’t the only ones dealing with this. The accommodation was very dirty when we arrived, and we had to do a major clean ourselves. The children’s room bed was soaked with urine, and it took two days for them to change the mattress. The smell was nauseating. While we waited, the children slept in the double bed, the baby was in a travel cot, and my husband and I slept in armchairs on an extra bed. There were three pools, but the large one was closed for the final two days because of a technical problem. There were no activities or entertainment for children, and no welcome drink. The large room was closed too, and they could make more effort, especially with the outdoor area and for the children. The playground wasn’t lit, and neither was the rest of the residence at night. A pizza truck came to the property. The woman was very unpleasant, and the pizzas should be banned. They had no taste and showed no respect for customers.
