Residence Ventoux Lavande

The room was clean, as were the shower and toilet, and the location was good. But finding the residence when we arrived was a problem. We called the mobile number several times and sent texts, with no reply. A couple pointed us to the Signoret Hotel next door, where the keys were supposed to be. The reception door was locked too. After one last try on the landline, we were told we were on the wrong side of the hotel and that someone would bring the keys. The beds felt damp, the sheets were dirty, and the heaters didn’t work. The converted cellar was cold and damp, though decent bedding would have made that less of an issue. They should replace the linens, make the place easier to spot, and ensure guests can reach someone.
