L'Islo Bamboo

This was our second stay at the gîte, and we had a very warm welcome from the friendly host. It was absolutely peaceful, with superb bedding, easy access, everything on one level, and parking nearby. There are tourist villages all around. We're locals from the Jura region.

The owner was very kind, and we found just what we needed for a stop on the way down to the south of France: an affordable one-night stay, air conditioning, and a pool to cool off after the drive. It was close enough to the motorway to avoid a 45-minute detour, while still near small villages for a pleasant evening. The atmosphere was calm and zen, with all the comforts. Just a note, they don't take card payments, only cash or check, so it's best to bring cash. That's a minor detail.

There are 3 rentals here, all small, clean, cute, and friendly. It's quiet, the owner is very friendly, and the pool is lovely, clean, gentle, and made of beautiful stones. It's nicely shaded too. A slightly bigger table for eating outside would be ideal.

A peaceful little spot near the Saumane golf course, which you can reach on foot, and l'Isle sur Sorgue. The studios are basic, set among greenery, and there's a lovely pool.
