We had a confirmed Booking.com reservation for two nights for four people, but the gîte manager turned us away when we arrived, saying the place was full. He said he didn't care that this left us without somewhere to stay for both nights. We'd sent several messages on the day to say we were on our way and got no reply. The whole thing felt completely unprofessional. One star feels too generous for overbooking people just to keep the hotel full. Unacceptable. Avoid it.

We had a pleasant night's sleep here, and the peaceful setting and pool made it a lovely place for couples. We recommend it. Thank you.

The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the location was very quiet.
