We paid €3600 for a weekend and were honest about an issue with the pool robot connection. We ordered the replacement part ourselves within 48 hours and handed it to the concierge. Then, a week after we left, the concierge called to say a window had been damaged, even though other guests were already staying there. We didn't break it, and would have reported it if we had. We ended up having our insurance cover the cost to put the matter behind us, despite feeling the owner was dishonest. The gardener may know more, since mowing the grounds 24 hours before we arrived could have caused the damage. And the concierge's claim that our children broke the window? What can I say. Be careful during the checkout inspection.
