Being right in the center made it easy for us to get around. My family and I stayed in three suites, all spotless, lovely, and very comfortable. We also ate at the restaurant throughout our stay. The food was high quality with plenty to choose from, and the meat dishes were especially good. Everyone working at both the hotel and restaurant was warm and helpful. We had a great time and would happily recommend it.

I need to update my review. The service is still friendly and good, but today's room was a real letdown after our first visit six months ago. It had just been sprayed with pesticides, the neighboring showers and toilets were noisy, and there was no curtain. Before, I'd found it a decent, good hotel, though not grand luxury. What a disappointment this time.

Selestat works well as a base for visiting nearby towns. The hotel itself is a decent three-star place, with rooms that feel fairly modern. It was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable.

Parking is right in front of the hotel, and the bar is well stocked. The place is very well presented and maintained. My room was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I only missed having tea and coffee facilities in the room.

After a long drive from London toward Italy, this was just the right place to stop and rest. Dinner and breakfast were included, so we didn't have to search around for somewhere to eat, and the food was surprisingly good. Our room was roomy and comfortable, and the staff were lovely and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
