Manoir de la Bastide

Right in the city center, this is a remarkably beautiful manor house, and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. We spent a weekend here with the singers from my choir, and the place was superb. It was quite cold outside, but we were completely comfortable indoors because the building is well heated. We’d love to come back as soon as we can.

Our large group had plenty of space, and every bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. The shared spaces are welcoming, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We had a lovely family weekend in this authentic manor house, full of charm and character, with decor that suits the setting perfectly. Thanks to the owners for such a warm welcome and for being so helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

The village shops are close by, and we especially enjoyed the swimming pool. We spent our July 2025 holiday here with friends and have such good memories. The spacious, pleasant house has the charm and authentic feel of an old manor, along with everything needed for a longer stay. It makes a great base for exploring the region’s picturesque villages and walking along the Aveyron River.

There’s a supermarket 100 m away that stays open all Sunday, which came in handy when we got back from a hike at 1 pm. All the other shops are just beside the property too, and there’s a very cute outbuilding. This charming manor house is kept very warm, has impeccable bedding, and a central table for 20 people. Parking fits 8-10 cars. Really a property worth recommending.
