Waking up to birds and the sound of the water made this such a lovely stay. The cottage is in a really romantic, quiet spot, and the walk along the river into the village is beautiful. Inside, it’s cozy and comfortable, with good beds, a nice bathroom, and a well-equipped little kitchen. On warmer days we could sit outside and have breakfast by the water. We came with our three young children, and it was an unforgettable experience for them. Amandine was incredibly flexible. We called late in the evening while driving south and looking for somewhere to stop for the night, and she helped us get into the floating cottage with only 45 minutes’ notice. That was unusual and a huge help. We had a great time and would gladly stay at Amandine’s floating cottage again.

Amandine and her husband made us feel very welcome, with some thoughtful touches too. We had a wonderful, relaxing time on our houseboat and made the most of the spa.

The owner was warm, attentive, and easy to reach. We called one evening to ask how to switch off the jacuzzi, and she got back to us quickly. We spent a romantic night at the cottage in Dijon with our dog and would be happy to return.

The town is charming and has everything you need, and we enjoyed having aperitifs there. We had a wonderful stay at the cottage with friends. The owners were flexible and quick to respond.
