We were happy with the service during our three-night family stay at ACE Hotel. The room was clean and everything else was great, though we did miss having a fridge and a safe. It’s not near the Accecy downtown, but with our car that wasn’t an issue for us.

We stayed with the family for one night and were satisfied. The breakfast was decent, and there’s a public transport stop close by. It’s not far from the city center, and having free parking was a big plus.

We skipped breakfast, though it was available as an add-on to the booking. The room worked well for our family of four: clean, comfortable, and with air conditioning. The beds were good to sleep in, too. There wasn’t a kettle or tea and coffee in the room. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, but it was out of order during our stay, so reception offered us coffee from the breakfast area.

The staff were very obliging, and the rooms were quiet, roomy, and inexpensive. Just keep in mind the hotel is outside old Annecy, so you’ll need to drive to reach the sights and restaurants.

There’s lots of free parking, and breakfast was good. The beds were clean and comfortable. If you have a car, the hotel is very close to Annecy.
