After cycling around the area, we stayed the night in this charming little hotel. The village of Soleilhas was dead quiet, and the owner gave us a really nice welcome. We had a few beers in the lounge while watching the World Cup, then a hefty dinner by the fire. The ravioli were great, and the pizzas weren't bad either. A lovely little place to sleep and eat.

We only stayed two nights, but this little gem in the middle of nowhere will stick in our memories for a long time. The proprietors worked so hard to make us feel welcome, and the homemade food was really satisfying. Lou jas is an excellent small hotel.

The food was superb, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. My two dogs and I were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly owner and his team at this lovely restaurant, tucked away in an idyllic mountain village. It’s cozy inside, and the service is excellent. Thanks for running such a great place. All the best!

The lasagna was completely homemade, and it was delicious. I hadn’t had any this good in nearly thirty years, even though my in-laws are Italian. There were four of us, arriving around 1 p.m. almost by chance on a motorcycle ride during the off-season, after finding many shops closed. The welcome was fantastic, and choosing a dish was tough because everything looked so tempting. We all agreed the lasagna was wonderful. Highly recommended without hesitation, the owner and chef deserve it 100%.
