A small menu, but the food is outstanding, and I'd say the restaurant is one of the best in the region. Service was professional, and the location overlooking lac d’Hossegor is sublime.

We had a great dinner with a magnificent view of the lake, in a one-of-a-kind spot surrounded by nature. The menu Baines is always a delight, and Laetitia's service is impeccable as ever. We'll be back soon!

The staff were the highlight, so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We stayed at Hortensias du Lac for our honeymoon and absolutely loved the place. Our room was clean and beautiful, and the location was spectacular. We'd love to stay again.

We had dinner with our children and ordered the set menu. Everything was delicious, especially the duck ravioli. The staff stayed attentive even when our friends unexpectedly joined us partway through the meal.

We found this hotel to be a real spot to unwind, and the staff were so helpful they couldn't do enough for us. The spa was a lovely surprise, and I only wish I'd had more time there. The whole place is beautifully maintained, especially the pool and breakfast deck, and the views from the rooms and hotel are gorgeous.
