The bedding was awful, and I barely slept. I asked someone to call me back, but four days later I’m still waiting. When we arrived in the middle of the night, there was nobody around, no lights or signs, and no way to contact anyone. We tried calling 14 times and emailed twice that evening without a reply. We eventually got into the room by pushing the door open. The only welcome was a half-sticky note saying “Welcome.” We still hadn’t seen anyone by the next morning. Completely unacceptable.

The dishes weren’t clean, and you can hear the neighbors talking and moving around through the walls. There’s no reception or staff to welcome you or show you where to go. The listing didn’t match what I found: I’d booked an apartment, but there was just one bedroom, with no fridge or microwave.

The breakfast is left outside the door the day before, so the bread and croissants are stale, and you have to make your own coffee. At €15 per person, that feels a bit excessive. The accommodation itself is clean, nice, and well equipped.

The ponies and horses right next door were a real treat. The setting is magnificent, and the modern accommodation was clean. We were given a very warm welcome. Highly recommended!

Avoid this place. The people looking after the horses are incompetent, and the accommodation side feels like carpet sellers. They welcome you with pastries, parquet flooring, and a bill of just €14. It’s a place to do.
