There’s plenty to do here, with a pool, restaurants, a bar, ping-pong, tennis, basketball, and bike rentals. It’s family-friendly, though pretty quiet at night. The free city bus is really convenient.

It’s peaceful and well located, closer to Viuex-Boucos than Soustons, but you can easily reach both towns and the beaches by car or bike. We found it family-friendly even with teenagers. Bringing a bike or renting one is highly recommended. It works well for getting around with children aged six and up, and even younger if you’re just visiting the nearby beaches.

Mathieu gave us a great welcome, helped with our luggage, and suggested things to do nearby. In the off-season it was very quiet, and the price was attractive. You can walk or cycle to nearby amenities and enjoy lovely walks in the area. We could use the pool, tennis courts, mini golf, pétanque, and ping-pong. We couldn’t access the bar, though it was open and seemed to have plenty of activities.

A nice place to stay, especially in low season when you’re sure to get some rest. There are lovely walks nearby, and the price was attractive. I recommend it.
