The staff were fantastic, thoughtful and kind, and the food was homemade with love and completely gluten free. It was so good that we forgot to take pictures of everything we ate. There’s a lovely view of the water from this tucked-away corner of the city. A real paradise, greatest food ever. Highly recommend for anyone and everyone.

The dinner at Le Chut was the highlight of our Easter break in Strasbourg. The wine was lovely, the atmosphere comfortable, and the food amazing. This was my first experience of French haute cuisine, and now I understand why French cooking is so admired around the world. I’m looking forward to my next visit to Strasbourg so I can return to Le Chut. Keep up the amazing work, folks at Le Chut! 👍

We stayed at Le Chut September 21, 2021 and loved it. The rooms were clean and charming, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Its location on the river is wonderful, close to the Modern Museum and within walking distance of the Cathedral. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious for a very reasonable price. We’d recommend it to all our friends.
