The sauna came at an extra charge, and it was a steep one. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay and would definitely return. The hotel had a charming feel as soon as we walked in, with beautiful decor, a clean, well-kept interior, and a real highlight in the original elevator. It was perfectly placed for our one-night Christmas market trip, a few minutes from the station and an easy walk to the city center. The complimentary Christmas spiced tea was a lovely seasonal touch and set us up for a magical trip. Our room was beautiful and charming, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly large. Staff were helpful and offered each guest tips on the Christmas markets and a route to see as much as possible.

Leah made the arrival especially lovely, such a friendly welcome and top-notch service. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely equipped, and the interior was beautiful. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the centre, and handy if you’re catching a train for day trips. What a gem!

The staff were consistently kind and attentive, which I appreciated, but the price just doesn’t feel justified. The rooms are small, with no proper closet or enough room to unpack and organize clothes comfortably. The bathroom is cramped too, and hard to use. The gym and sauna area are very limited for a hotel at this level. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Aurelié at breakfast deserves a special thanks. The breakfast was amazing, and she welcomed us so warmly every morning. The room was nice and clean, though a bit cold, especially the bathroom, which was definitely too cold. The rest was perfect, with the station just a 2-minute walk away and amazing service. I’ll definitely come back!

The staff were kind and attentive, but the hotel wasn’t worth the price for us. There’s barely room to move in the tiny bathrooms, and the rooms are extremely small, with no closet or adequate space to unpack and sort clothes. The “gym/sauna” area is frankly embarrassing. I definitely wouldn’t stay again.
