K Hotel

The room was small, but fine for sleeping and spending the night. It’s about an 8-minute walk to the tram, then around 10 minutes to the city center. A very good hotel.

It was the reception staff at checkout that spoiled things for me. At about 10.00 on 29.11.25, the receptionist demanded payment for breakfast for two people over two days. I told her I’d paid two nights earlier and had asked for a receipt, which I knew was somewhere in my wallet. Eventually she checked the computer and said it was OK, but didn’t apologize after accusing me of theft without first checking the payment record. We won’t stay there again. Customer service should mean more than simply avoiding accusations without evidence. It’s a modern, basic hotel with well-furnished rooms for a short stay. The breakfast is the only dining option, with an excellent dining area and staff, and a limited but well-priced selection.

We booked through booking for one quiet night at this lovely place. I especially appreciated the free gated parking.

The room was clean, and free parking is a plus. You can get to the center in a few tram stops, with the stop about a ten-minute walk away. Location-wise, that worked well. Still, this is a very no-frills place, almost socialist in its basic amenities. The room felt cramped, and there wasn’t a mini bar or even enough tissues in the bathroom. At 100€ or more a night, I expected a bit more.
