The pillows made it hard to sleep well, and the room felt neglected, with worn furniture, poor upkeep, and a lot of dirt. Towels weren’t changed regularly either. When we raised it, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and we felt almost unwelcome. A very disappointing stay. I wouldn’t recommend it or come back.

The room looked old, more like a hostel or motel, and nowhere near worth what we paid per night. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned at all. When we went back to reception, the worker laughed and didn’t apologize. We got another room, but it still wasn’t very clean. Very disappointing.

The receptionist was friendly and hospitable, but the rest of the stay was rough. Our room was very old, had no soap in the bathroom, and there were stains on the bed that might have been blood or might have been something else. We only stayed one night because we couldn’t find another room nearby. We wanted one room for our family, including our 7-year-old son, but the receptionist said three people weren’t allowed in one room, so we had to book two. I ended up sleeping apart from my wife and son, and we paid twice what we expected.

We were in room number 4, and the beds were comfortable. After my wife and I switched to our own soap, we slept very well. The soap supplied in the shower had left our skin feeling like something was crawling on it and very itchy. At first we thought it might be bed bugs. There were cockroaches under the sheets, in the entry, and even in the bathrooms. When I told the receptionist, he apologized and said cockroaches were normal in a green area. He was willing to help by having us come back later to ask his colleagues about changing rooms, but I expected him to at least change the bedding and clean the room, and that didn’t happen. You have to call them if you want room service. Given the bug problem, I think ground-floor rooms should be cleaned every day without guests having to ask. The shower walls weren’t very clean either. The place felt more like a hostel than a hotel.
