The staff made a straightforward problem feel impossible to fix. They didn’t communicate or organize things, showed little professionalism or respect in my experience, and seemed not to care. The management came across as chaotic, and it honestly felt as if tourists were being taken advantage of instead of served. We’d booked and paid for the room months ahead, but the receptionist charged us again. The first payment was €91.90, and because of what seemed to be one employee’s mistake, we had to pay another €81.90. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Strasbourg, maybe anywhere. The service was pathetic, the attitude disgusting, and the level of incompetence almost impressive. Staying here was a complete disaster, with no exaggeration. If you value your money, time, or dignity, stay as far away as possible.

The location is marked incorrectly on Google Maps, so watch out for that. The rooms are decent for the price, though the heating could be better. It was a little hard to communicate with the receptionist at first, but it all worked out in the end.

It took us ages to find the place after dark because the Google Maps pin is wrong. The staff were really friendly and breakfast was good. Our room was nice, though it smelled a little of smoke and cigarettes despite smoking being strictly forbidden.

The reception staff were friendly, and the room is big enough for two people. Finding it at night after a long day in Strasbourg was difficult because the Google Maps pin is in the wrong place. For anyone looking, the hotel is at 48.587705,7.690277 on the map.

The rooms are so cramped there’s barely space to breathe, and the plastic toilet inside the room feels like a public toilet. It was all very uncomfortable. Breakfast costs 6.95 euros, which sounds reasonable at first, but I’d say it’s worth barely 2 euros. For a slightly lower price than other places, I still wouldn’t recommend staying here. I wish I could give it fewer stars, but one is the minimum.
