The location was fantastic, the decor was cute, and the bathroom had a nice heater. But the apartment was sorely overpriced for what we got. The listing on booking.com promised city and inner courtyard views. I expected a view of the market or city, perhaps along with a courtyard, but check my photos: all we saw was a wall and the trash collection area. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, and we could hear everything outside and anyone walking overhead. WiFi worked only about half the time. Also, the washroom smelled of sewage unless we opened the window. Please don't waste your money here.

Virginie and her staff were the best hosts. Thanks so much for everything! Inside, everything is updated and modern, while still keeping a charming old medieval feel that suits the city. The rooms are beautiful, the views are great, and the location is close to everything and feels very safe. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back to this hotel.

They advertise parking, but when we arrived they led us to a creepy underground garage that smelled moldy, with puddles we had to step over while carrying our kids and pushing luggage. Then we discovered there was no elevator, so we would have had to haul three suitcases and our two- and five-year-old kids up about 40 steps over two floors. It was too much, so we turned around and left. These people are doing business completely wrong. Don't deal with them, they aren't honest.

It's a nice place for the price, with quality beds and appliances. The staff were helpful getting us to our room and suggesting local places, and the location is good. If you're carrying lots of luggage, note that the top-floor apartment is one flight up. The other apartments have a lift.
