6/10
For Arc weekend at Longchamp, the location worked really well. Transport links were excellent, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and it was ideal for the races or getting into the city. The hotel was clean, our room was tidy, and housekeeping kept things in good shape. Check-in was straightforward and the staff were polite, though not especially engaging. The rooms were tiny, even by Paris standards, with barely enough space to move around or unpack. It felt more like a business room for a short stay than a place to relax after a day at the races. I also missed having a bar or lounge where we could unwind with a drink instead of heading back out. Clean and convenient, but don’t expect much comfort or atmosphere. For us, it was a solid 6.5/10.

It was easy to find, and the staff were kind, highly professional, and always ready to help. The place was clean too, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

I spent one night in room 102 and woke up with bed bug bites :( The bathroom walls aren’t even fully painted. I don’t understand how this hotel has 4 stars.

Getting my luggage up and down all those stairs was a nightmare. Even with the elevator, there were too many stairs before and after it, and then I got to a room with no working AC. Reception was great, though, and that’s the only reason I’m not giving a zero.
