We left less than an hour after arriving. There was no Wi-Fi or any connection in the rooms, and even switching rooms didn’t help us finish our work. When we asked the receptionist if we could chill our wine bottle briefly or get an ice bucket, he flatly refused and was arrogant and disrespectful about it. The rooms felt old and worn, and the corners in both the room and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. We felt uncomfortable and badly received, and couldn’t work, so we left the domaine. We’d explained that internet was essential, but the full price was still charged to my account without asking or offering any accommodation. I’ve rarely had a worse experience. The way we were treated as guests was shocking, and in this case it’s hard to call it hospitality.

We had arranged a meal with specific allergy requirements, but those were completely ignored. The welcome was sparse and there was almost no privacy. The setting itself is beautiful and the location is fantastic. The cabins seem lovely right up until you open the bathroom door, then it feels like stepping into a caravan. Quite a shock. I really wouldn’t recommend the place.

The staff were so helpful and attentive, and gave us a warm welcome. We stayed one night as a family in the Sarrazine cabin, and it felt like a peaceful little escape from time. Waking up among nature with birds singing was wonderful. Congratulations on the work you’re doing to promote the site, and thank you for having us! 😊

The cabin and bedroom combination worked really well for the whole family. We got together for Christmas, and Valentin, who was on site, made everything easier, from sorting out the accommodations and making the hall available to all the practical details.

The setting was ideal for exploring this beautiful part of the Jura, and communication with the owner was spot on. We had a great family stay!
