The shared kitchen, living room, and little patio downstairs made the house easy to enjoy. It’s arranged as a hotel in a four-bedroom home, with rooms rented separately, so bathroom setups vary. Mine had the bath and shower across the hall. That matched the listing exactly, so there were no surprises. The host welcomed us at the door, was really helpful, and had clearly thought through the setup, including a Wi-Fi QR code and local tips. She spoke excellent English, too. We had a great weekend here. It’s good value, especially for families or groups needing multiple rooms. You’ll need transit to reach Bordeaux, since the house is some distance from the city.

Marion gave me a warm welcome and was very helpful. The house was clean and comfortable, with everything close by on foot. It’s only a few tram stops from central Bordeaux, too. My two nights in Talence were just right, and I’d gladly return.

Getting around was easy, with tram and bus stops a five-minute walk away for trips around Bordeaux. Marion was so welcoming and had thought of everything for guests. The house is nicely decorated, and having things like a fridge and coffee maker was a real plus.
