Le Praz-de-Lys Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Mouflons I et II

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well maintained, and the residence is still in a great location. We enjoy staying here and appreciate the place, even with a few things that could work better. Check-in took 15 minutes longer this year, after a 20-minute delay last year. There was a long queue for both buildings, Mouflons 1500 and Mouflons 2. Staggered arrival times could help, as could checking guests in at their own building: Mouflons 2 at Mouflons 2, and Mouflons 1500 at Mouflons 1500. I especially want to thank the brunette receptionist with glasses at the Les Mouflons 2 residence who checked me out. I don’t know her name, but she was lovely, smiling, attentive and quick to respond. Her positive energy and professionalism really stayed with me. It’s the kind of welcome you wish you got more often. Her blonde colleague, whose name I also don’t know, made a less positive impression. During our interactions, she seemed unfocused and not very polite.

The staff were friendly and attentive to what we needed, and we had a pleasant stay. The residence is very well located.

The apartment layout was impractical for five people, which was the only downside. The residence itself is well maintained and in a great location. Renting linen through the hotel service is a very welcome extra.

Right in the heart of the resort, the hotel is close to everything and at the foot of the slopes. It’s a charming, authentic place, with kind and professional staff. A great spot to discover and disconnect. I recommend it.
