The lively conversations and sumptuous breakfast made our stay especially enjoyable, and the bedding was fabulous. We also really appreciated having a spacious apartment for all our motorcycle gear, plus an onsite garage. Belle Occitane felt like a beautiful, comfortable home, and Olivier was a wonderfully welcoming host. Thanks for a terrific stay.

Breakfast brought everyone together around one big table, with our attentive, cheerful host keeping the conversation going. The hotel is handy for the centre and for the walk up to the Tour du Castella, where the valley and Ariège look superb. Our room was huge, the hotel surprisingly expansive, and the stay was good value with such a genial, charming host.

We came to this beautiful part of France for a funeral, and Cathey and Hervé made a difficult time feel much more comfortable. They were the most welcoming hosts I've met. The place is lovely, especially if you're a cat person like me, with three very well behaved Bengals. I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

After a tiring hike, this is just the place to recharge. The breakfast was unforgettable, with local jams, pancakes, waffles, cookies, and plenty more. Dinner was astonishing too, full of local flavors we hadn't encountered before. The house is beautiful and full of charm, and the friendly owners had lots of advice and were ready to help whenever needed.

A great base for hiking, with restaurants and grocery stores an easy walk away. The rooms are spacious and feel authentic. The couple replied to our questions very quickly and were always available to help. Excellent service.
