Suite De Charme Bed N B Tres Proche Lyon

The room was really spacious and worked well for our three dogs. It was clean, the parking was handy, and the neighbourhood was lovely, close to the city centre. A beautiful place with a very lovely host. We'll be back at Christmas.

The old wooden floors and stairs give the place a lot of character. The design is minimal, but still feels warm, and there's everything you need to relax, including a big bathtub right in the middle of the room.

The location was very quiet, and the parking lot was magnificent. The place itself is beautiful, but needs more maintenance. The pool was out of order, the garden wasn't especially well kept, and the parquet floor was very noisy. There were no shutters, which made it hard to sleep. The bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom and private living area were very clean, though the rest was less so. The room felt a bit pricey for the service. I also had trouble getting breakfast, maybe I didn't go about it the right way. Still, at a B&B, I'd expect breakfast to be ready and pay afterward. There wasn't access to a coffee machine or anything else.

Very disappointed! The photographer did a great job making this place look like it could have been lovely. My photos give a more accurate idea of what it's really like. The only welcome we got was from a cleaning woman who bluntly asked for the parking fee in the morning, without any courtesy. The cupboards were full of things that should have gone to the dump, and the electrical sockets had come out of their wall boxes. The place wasn't clean, and none of it looked like the photos. I wouldn't recommend it.
