The gardens and pool were lovely, and the old-style house sits in a quiet town. For the price, I expected a freshly prepared meal. If jarred, prepackaged dinners aren't your thing, exploring the nearby towns could be a lot more fun.

We had a spacious, comfortable room with stylish decor, in keeping with the rest of the hotel. The welcome was very warm, and breakfast was great. There are lovely walks nearby, including along the Loire river. We didn't use the garden, though it looked lovely. We'd love to return in another season. Highly recommended.

François and Elena did their best to work around my gluten intolerance and pregnancy needs. Breakfast was excellent, with regional products, homemade gluten-free bread, goat cheese, and homemade yogurt. The rooms were very clean, and we preferred the ones in the main house for their more authentic feel. In the evening, there was a wood fire in the fireplace that felt and smelled like childhood. The garden had green trees and flowers. The pool was closed during our visit in cold April, but I’m sure the garden is magical when it opens.

The garden and interiors were beautiful, and the rooms were clean with great service. We were very happy with our stay at this quaint little hotel in a historic village. For a 3-star hotel, it’s an amazing find, a hidden gem. I highly recommend staying here. Google, can I give it 6 stars? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was quite large and opened straight onto the garden. It had an old-style feel, and the domain was lovely, with a romantic tea garden under the trees.
