Résidence Odalys Le Domaine des Roches Jaunes

It was okay.

It's a shame, because the location is beautiful, and the receptionist was very friendly. But the residence needs major renovation inside and out. There also seems to be a real shortage of staff, and some of the rentals were far from clean. I was very disappointed with the rental.

The 30m² apartment was well laid out, with plenty of storage, and suited two adults and a child. Shops and other amenities were close by. We had a very good three-day stay, with friendly, polite, and helpful staff. The sea was only a few steps away, and there are lovely hikes along the waterfront.

The location was the only decent part of our stay. The apartment was filthy and close to unsanitary: dirty shower grout, tiles and baseboards, plus rubbish under the kitchen cabinets. The smell was awful, and there was no Wi-Fi or cell service. I woke up with itchy skin and covered in rashes. It was so disgusting that we left after one night instead of staying for the week. The day after we left, I called reception. After inspecting the apartment, the receptionist said it wasn't dirty and accused us of making up an excuse because we didn't like the apartment or the area. That was the height of bad faith. I'll send a formal complaint to headquarters with the photos you can see. Run away!
