We could enjoy the area in peace, with no noise, and the person who greeted us was kind and attentive. The cleaning really needs attention, though: we found hair blocking some of the shower trays. The cottage is very well located in Ternand, a small medieval village.

The cottage is lovely and the village is pretty, and we received a very warm welcome. But the owner wasn't there and still asked for 50 euros in cash to let us stay until 4 pm instead of leaving at 11, even though nobody was renting the cottage after us. I've rented this kind of place for 30 years and had never come across anything like it. That explains my rating. Just so you know.

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the house has a charming mix of wood and wrought iron. We were welcomed just as warmly. Thank you for the jams.
